Good Day to all in the United Nations Organization and to all whom this concerns and is of interest.

We are seeking contacts in the United Nations Organization who would be interested in participating and collaborating with us in the creation of a new internet site. A site which would operate in the absolute best interest and support of the United Nations through a spirit of informal professional dialogue.

We are therefore writing your office asking to be made aware of the best and most effective e-mail addresses and people with whom we can be in contact with, regarding a multitude of United Nations activities and world issues, for the purpose of appropriately designing and developing the PUNC website and with whom there could exist the possibility of a continuous and sustained correspondence, for the development to those topics initiated. In fewer words we are looking for people in the United Nations whose job includes time for being involved with people outside the organization about United Nations affairs.

To better understand the qualifications and experience that we are interested in, here are the eleven main areas which we are seeking to pursue and which will become the main articles of our Peoples of the World preamble:

Modernization of United Nations all communication technologies, collection of information and redistribution of knowledge.

United Nations participation and influence in the advancement of medical science and research.

Availability and openness of all world information pertinent to the United Nations and global concerns.

Evolution and modernization of United Nations political and protocol structure.

United Nations involvement and participation in the engineering of world economy.

More voice full and uninhibited military and political philosophy for the United Nations.

Greater power and much more diversified international political and financial support for the United Nations.

Real estate, locations and sovereignty issues concerning United Nations buildings.

Evolution, liberalization, and humanization of the penitentiary and legal systems of the world. Examination and involvement of erred sentences and abusive legal procedures.

Availability and acceptability of all levels and all calibers of education to all people and all ages.

Protection and preservation of the most natural and basic human bond structures in family – children relations and social health.

Advancement of ecological environmental sciences, planetary waste reduction, elimination of manmade toxins and poisons, and the right to freedom of existence in the animal kingdom.

Our belief is that the United Nations would function better as sort of Brain or Nervous system of the World; wisely guiding humanities humanness and being one step ahead of the game in intelligence. Leading a scientific and technological evolution that never detached itself from serving our souls and our bodies first.

We the Peoples United Nations Council

I am in the exciting and imaginative throws of creating an immensely important new internet site for the World.

As you are reading this; you and I and everybody that cares to jump in are already part of it.

It will be called The Peoples United Nations Council and it is inspired in the spirit of Gaia New Age environmental philosophy.

The Peoples United Nations Council was conceived as a Voice for the Peoples of the World who through an open yet serious and responsible platform will be heard by anyone in the United Nations Organization.

It will be synchronized at all levels with all of the issues that the United Nations is currently involved in and will also intelligently and with substance suggest new considerations, new issues and new protocols for the United Nations. A kind of international “citizen’s microphone” that will generalize and synthesize through a system of forums people’s opinions, thoughts, oppositions, and contributions on all world matters regarding the ways, actions and decisions of the United Nations, for the purpose of establishing a two way conversation between the people who work in the United Nations and the citizens of the world.

We are starting by raising a "founding family". A growing group of people who are interested in being part of this concept development and information gathering phase of PUNC, which for now, will refine ideas and operational structure soley through simple conversations, ultimately leading to PUNC's final form.

The first things that must be taken care of are: finding the best free webpage, blog or mail server for our new PUNC group to find each other and chat as a group and work things out; start posting our first charter's etc.

On this day, a thought I had many years ago, suddenly came back, a concept I had left in the recesses of forgotten ponderings many years ago. That there should be a way for all people, anyone, and everyone to jointly put forth to the ears of the U.N. their thoughts and suggestions and create truly the first perfectly balanced and harmonious un-enforceing form of government.
